The elaboration of our Ron Heredero D.Infante is obtained from cane liquor, added to the Caramel Rum that gives it a subtle touch. Subsequently, they spend more than 15 years in French oak casks that have previously contained olorosos and brandy, which allows the rum to acquire a very specific color, smell and taste, where to taste it, it is necessary to reserve a moment of celebration or cordiality for this anthological tasting. Excellent Añejo Rum, aged in our American oak barrels, which contained oloroso and brandy, making our rum unique and different.
