VIEW: It has a greenish color with golden edges produced by the influence of our climate and fed by our sea breeze.
NOSE: All its primary aromas are perceived, highlighting the tropical fruit and delicate citrus floral notes, thanks to its early harvest and coarse filtering.
MOUTH: Albaleia Colombard has a good passage through the mouth and a pleasant aftertaste.
It is the first wine from MAM wineries and represents the realization of a life’s dream. Albaleia Colombard is a wine treated with care from its very conception and in whose total production process no machines have intervened. Very early harvest, manually at dawn. Fermented in stainless steel with temperature control.
Ideal to drink with fish, white meats, small game meats, rice dishes, pasta and cheeses.
